This policy explains how Victrish Education LTD ("Victrish", "we", "us"), of 12 Ugbeyiyi Road, Opposite Spring Field International Schools, Sapele, Delta State, Nigeria, handles personal information you share with us through victrish.com, our School Finder, our forms, WhatsApp, phone and email. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry and consultation forms: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, the service you need, schools, courses or destinations of interest, preferred start date, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Reviews: your name, review and any photo you upload when you submit a testimonial.
- Admission and visa work: when you become a client, the documents needed for your applications, such as results, certificates, passport details and references.
- Technical data: your IP address, the page you came from, and campaign tags in links, used to prevent spam and understand which pages bring visitors.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you advice, mainly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To prepare and submit admission, scholarship, visa or travel applications you ask us to handle.
- To publish reviews you submit for that purpose.
- To keep our website secure and improve our services.
We use your information only with your consent or where it is needed to deliver a service you requested. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Schools, examination bodies, scholarship providers and embassies, only when you ask us to apply on your behalf.
- Our sister company Victrish Travels, only if you ask for travel services.
- Service providers that host our website and email, who process data on our instructions.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up with you, and client records for as long as needed to complete your applications and meet legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.
How we protect it
Enquiries are stored in a restricted area of our server that the public cannot access, and only Victrish staff who need them can see them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. To do this, email info@victrish.com or message us on WhatsApp at 0703 464 3228. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
Many of our students are under 18. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before sending us your details.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
